serene and stylish stay
helpful staff great value metro proximity
i found the staff helpful the front desk lady assisted with everything from coffee to taxis she was very pleasant. the hotel offers great value given prices in this area. its proximity to multiple metro stops made getting around simple it also allowed an enjoyable walk into the central area.
i noticed limited space for hanging clothes and very few hooks for towels and robes this made managing wet items slightly challenging

the reception staff provided really good assistance they addressed requests efficiently and maintained a professional demeanor throughout my stay. the bartender crafted drinks with noticeable passion exhibiting deep knowledge of mixology and customer service skills.

I LOVED the helpful staff. They responded FAST to my midnight band-aid request. the heated pool was HEAVEN after exploring the city. the hotel is also environmentally conscious, important to me.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
small room missing tiles
The room felt quite cramped. There was no proper closet. It lacked space for hanging clothes. only two large towels and one hand towel were provided for two guests. The pool also looked smaller than the photos suggested, and some mosaic tiles were missing.

metro proximity friendly staff sparkling water smoking area small room extra sheets
the hotel is near the metro. it made getting around so easy. the staff were friendly and helpful. i liked the still and sparkling water they provide.
my room faced the smoking area and i noticed smoke. the room felt small, and the bed wasnt very big. we asked for extra sheets, but instead, we got two huge sheets, not what we needed.

mediocre stay with some issues
small room insufficient storage
the staff were friendly and helpful , that's something i can recognize.
the room was quite small, and it lacked enough storage space for clothes. there wasn't a proper closet, and with two suitcases in the room, it was difficult to move around. also, the pool looked much larger in the photos than it actually was.
